5 rules of full symmetry

The subject of weight loss is beaten to bruises. All women, even those who "superfluous" never before did not have this seek to dump superfluous. We can torture for months ourselves diets, torment in the gym and in general, we show just unprecedented resistance to all vicissitudes of life. Unfortunately, the majority full at the same time do not dump practically anything. Really everything is so hopeless also the nature to deceive is unreal? No, the reason at all not in it, and in the wrong approach.

And nevertheless … How to grow thin? Adhering to several simple (and well-known!) governed, it is possible not only "to decrease" easily, but also forever to cease "to grow".

Begin with salad
Begin each meal with greens. It — a source of the enzymes and a chlorophyll serving for removal of toxins from an organism. In time being exempted from poisons, the organism itself will support ideal weight.

Eat lemons
Using daily 1-3 lemons, you promote maintenance of health a liver. This body burns fat, is responsible for a bile production and allows to support an optimum metabolism.






Refuse carbonated drinks
Exclude them from a diet forever. Except extra kilos, they give nothing to you. Even dietary Coca — one of the most harmful drinks in the world. The acids which are contained in aerated water remain in an organism and accelerate aging process. This dangerous combination of carbonic acid and phosphoric acid deprives of necessary minerals of a bone, teeth and skin, and you – your natural beauty. And chemical connections sweeteners – senseless additional load of a liver.

Do not drink during food
Try to drink as little as possible liquid during food. The more gastric juice is washed away, the worse there takes place digestion. Use liquid for half an hour to food or in an hour after it.

Throw out salt
Do not salt food! Or at least you salt minimum. Table salt – the harmful additive extending water and useful minerals from an organism. From salt so-called "false" fat because of which you look fuller, than actually is formed. Alternative of table salt – sea, rich with minerals and useful.


"All this is known long ago" — you will tell and you will be right. Diets come and leave, and these recommendations remain. Perhaps, the doctors giving them know something?.
